Well folks, looks like Francis had some beginners luck out there on the water! He managed to reel in a Whiting weighing in at a whopping 1.75 lbs using nothing but shrimp as bait. Maybe hes onto something with that secret recipe! Keep it up, Francis, and maybe youll catch the big one next time!
