Alex had a whale of a time out on the Banana river, reeling in a massive 32-inch Redfish with just a Jig as bait. It was a real catch of the day, leaving the other FSFA fishing club members green with envy. Looks like Alex is the big fish in the pond now!
David from the FSFA fishing club had quite the adventure out on the water with Shaun Nicholson by his side. Using Plug as bait, David managed to reel in a whopping Mackerel-King measuring 50.25 inches and weighing in at a hefty 33.8125 lbs. It was definitely a personal best for David, who couldnt stop grinning from ear to ear as he showed off his impressive catch. Well done, David!

Amy had a reel-y great day out on the water! She caught a Redfish that was a whopping 30 inches long using nothing but a fly as bait! Looks like her skills are off the hook. Maybe next time she can teach us all a thing or two about reeling in the big ones. Keep it up, Amy!

John from Crystal Lake reeled in a Snook on 2025-09-25 using an ArtificialPlastic bait that was only 7.5 inches long. Looks like someone needs to work on their fishing skills! Maybe next time John can use a little more finesse and a little less plastic! At least hes keeping us entertained during the annual challenge with his lackluster catches.

Rodney had a reel-y good time fishing with Carlos Augusto and Alex out of Canaveral on the Black Cloud. They reeled in a whopper of a Redfish named Na that weighed in at 32 inches. It looks like Rodneys got a real knack for catching those fish! Hopefully, they didnt have too many fish tales to tell back at the CFOA clubhouse.

Rodney, out on the Black Cloud with Carlos Augusto, had a great day fishing for Redfish. Na pounds and 33 inches, not too shabby! The fish were practically jumping into the boat for Rodney, Carlos, and their pals. Looks like the fish were feeling extra generous that day. Keep up the good work, Rodney!
