Karen had quite the day out on the water! She reeled in a whopping Snapper Mangrove weighing in at a whopping 0.8125 lbs using nothing but shrimp as bait. Looks like shell be the talk of the Flagler Sports Fishing Club for weeks to come. Who knew shrimp could be so effective for catching fish? Keep up the great work, Karen!

Karen from Flagler Sports Fishing Club out of Big Als on 8/8/25 reeled in a 6.6875 lbs Redfish using sand flea bait. She said the fish put up a good fight, but in the end, Karen showed it whos boss. Rumor has it the Redfish is now telling all his fishy friends to watch out for Karen and her sneaky sand flea tricks. Watch your backs, little fishies!

Amy had the catch of the day on the Amys Fish Finder Rig! They reeled in a Trout that was a decent size – not too shabby! Donna and Alex were there to witness the epic battle between Amy and the feisty fish. It was a reel-y good time out on the water with this crew!

Amy had a reel-y good time out on Indian River with Donna Langston today! Using the trusty Amys Fish Finder Rig, they managed to reel in a whopping 0 pound, 10.5-inch Trout. Looks like Amy is the real catch of the day! Keep on angling, Amy!

CFOA Fish Report

Today, Amy reeled in an Amberjack named Jeff that weighed in at Na pounds and measured 11.25 inches. In true fisherman fashion, Amys Fish Finder Rig lived up to its name and led the way to a successful catch. We can only imagine the fish stories that will be told at the next CFOA meeting with Donna and Alex on board the boat.
