Rich out of Puerto Vallarta reeled in a whopper of an African Pompano, weighing in at 12 lbs and measuring 20 inches! Looks like he might have some competition from Deb, Randy, Carter, and First Pacific on this fishing trip. Better watch out, Rich, they might just steal your spot as the top angler in the FSFA fishing club!

Shaun had a hilarious day out on the water, reeling in a monstrous Sailcat that put up a whopping 1.4 lb fight. Using nothing but an ArtificialPlastic bait, this fish must have been quite the dummy to fall for that! At 13.5 inches long, Shaun couldnt help but wonder if this Sailcat was all whiskers and no brains. The laughs kept coming as Shaun proudly showed off his silly catch to the rest of the FSFA fishing club.

Shaun had a reel-y good day out on Crane Creek, landing a Jack Crevalle that was almost bigger than his tackle box! He was using his trusty ArtificalPlastic bait and reeled in that bad boy with skill. The fish didnt stand a chance against Shauns fishing prowess. It was a fin-tastic day out on the water for our FSFA fishing club member!

Shaun out of Crane Creek had a reel good time catching a Spotted Seatrout named Larry weighing in at 1.9 lbs and 16 inches long. He lured Larry in with some flashy ArtificialPlastic bait, and they had a fin-tastic battle! Keep reelin them in, Shaun!

David out of SJR on 2024-04-19 reeled in a whopping Warmouth that weighed in at .79 lbs and measured 11 inches long. Using a Jig as bait, he claimed it was his best Warmouth catch since he was just a spry 8-year-old. Looks like David still has that childhood fishing magic! Keep on reeling them in, David!

CFOA Fish Report

Chris had quite the adventure out on the water with Ken and… well, lets just say it was an interesting crew. Despite some questionable fishing techniques (looking at you, Ken), they managed to reel in a whopping 17.01-pound Dolphin. Whether it was beginners luck or pure skill, Chris can proudly boast about their big catch at the CFOA meeting. Just dont ask them to explain how they did it!
