Well folks, it looks like Pat really reeled in the big one today! With a Redfish weighing in at 4.625 lbs, using what bait you ask? Oh, just a little bit of luck and a whole lot of skill. Looks like Pat might be the one to beat in this weeks fishing competition. Keep it up, Pat!

Flagler Sports Fishing Club Fish Report

Tim was out on the water with his lucky fishing hat when he reeled in a whopping 5 lb Redfish named Larry. He was using a cheeseburger as bait because, well, Tim likes to think outside the tackle box. Larry put up a good fight, but Tim emerged victorious and is now officially the reigning champ of the Flagler Sports Fishing Club (at least for today).

Terry was reeling em in like a pro out on the waters with Alex and the gang. He snagged himself a hefty Snapper-Mangrove, weighing in at 3.7 lbs and measuring a whopping 20 inches! And all it took was some good ol Croaker bait. Looks like Terrys got some real fisherman skills – maybe he should consider going pro!

John from Johns Island/Vero reeled in a whopping 25.0 inch Snook using only ArtificialPlastic bait. Maybe next time hell have better luck with a real meal for those hungry fish! Keep at it, John, were rooting for you in the monthly challenge!

CFOA Fish Report

Christian had a reel-y good time fishing out on the Banana river with Chris and Pat. They managed to hook a Trout named Na that was surprisingly big for its size. Christian was so proud of the catch, they may have exaggerated the measurements just a tad. But hey, sometimes you gotta fish for a good story, right?

Flagler Sports Fishing Club Fish Report

On September 7th, Shawn from the Flagler Sports Fishing Club made a splash at Hammock Bait & Tackle by reeling in a whopping 4.3125 lb Spotted Seatrout. When asked what his secret was, Shawn simply replied, Just a little bit of luck…and a whole lot of Mullet! Looks like Shawns got the magic touch when it comes to fishing – or maybe its just the lucky bait!
