FSFA Fish Report

Alex had the last laugh at the FSFA fishing club meeting when he reported hauling in a Bowfin weighing 7.14 lbs out of headwaters. Using some mysterious OtherBait, Chris Pashos was left scratching his head in disbelief as Alex proudly displayed his catch. Looks like Alex is the new top dog in the fishing game – sorry Chris!

FSFA Fish Report

Carol out of St. Johns reeled in a whopper of a Speckled Perch with Steve Collins by her side. This fish was so big, it practically jumped into the boat itself! Maybe it heard about Carols legendary jig skills and couldnt resist. Either way, this catch has definitely earned her some serious bragging rights at the next FSFA meeting. Watch out, fellow fishermen, Carol is on a roll!

TERRY had a reel-y good day out on the water with John Barber! They reeled in a triggerfish weighing 5.75 lbs using squid as bait. The fish must have really been hooked on that squid! And hey, at least the photo makes it look like they caught a decent-sized fish – even if the weight had to be converted from lb/oz. Tight lines, TERRY!

Well folks, Charlie had quite the laughable day out on the St Johns River! He reeled in a whopping 1.21 lb Bullhead that was a whopping 8 inches long. He used a Jig as bait, but apparently had no luck with any traditional snacks like chips or pretzels. Keep on fishing, Charlie, maybe next time youll catch something that wont have the other fish laughing at you!
