Jay from Palm City managed to reel in a whopping Bowfin weighing in at 6.43 lbs and measuring 26 inches. He was using Minnow as bait, but unfortunately we dont have any information on his success rate. Maybe Jay can share his secret technique with the rest of the FSFA fishing club members at the next meeting!
Ryan from St. Johns reeled in a Warmouth with BaitScent as bait, measuring a whopping 9 inches. Rumor has it, the fish put up quite the fight before surrendering to Ryans superior angling skills. Looks like Ryans got some stiff competition out on the water – better watch your back, fellow FSFA members!

Shaun had quite the laughable day out on the water, reeling in a Flounder that seemed determined to put up a fight. The feisty fish weighed in at 3.1 lbs and measured a whopping 20 inches long. Shaun couldnt stop chuckling as he recounted how the Flounder tried to outsmart him by snatching up his bait faster than he could say fish on! Looks like this fish had a sense of humor too!
John from FSFA had quite the day at Hobart Landing! He thought he reeled in a pompano, but it turned out to be a Permit caught on ArtificialPlastic bait. After a close inspection, he realized his mistake. Looks like John needs to brush up on his fish identification skills! But hey, at least he got a good laugh out of it. Great catch, John!

John joked that he finally reeled in a lady on the water – a feisty Ladyfish weighing in at 2.72 lbs and 21.25 inches long. He proudly used his secret weapon, the coveted OtherLure, to hook this beauty. Looks like John might have some competition for biggest catch of the day!

Today, Chris from the CFOA fishing club set sail on the Seaduction and reeled in a whopping Redfish measuring 30 inches long and weighing in at Na pounds. Chriss excitement was palpable as they expertly navigated the waters to land this impressive catch. The fish seemed just as thrilled to meet Chris, putting up quite a fight before finally giving in. Another thrilling day out on the water for our gender neutral angler!
